These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the p5555 platform, accessible at https://p5555.cam ("the Platform", "the Site"). p5555 is an English-language online gaming information platform focused on the Pakistan market, covering sports betting, live casino, instant games and esports.

Acceptable documents typically include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or driving licence. Users from all cities — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar — are subject to the same verification standards.

Your use of the Platform is subject to the following conditions of acceptable use. Breach of any of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension, termination and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

4.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is made available for personal, non-commercial use only. Users may browse, read and interact with Platform Content for the purpose of accessing gaming information, placing wagers (where eligible) and managing their account.

4.2 Prohibited Use

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its servers, databases or any connected system.
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers or similar tools to extract data from the Platform without prior written authorisation.

4.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account termination and potential forfeiture of any balance held across all associated accounts.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid email address, mobile number and other personal details as requested. All information submitted must be accurate, current and belong solely to you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify p5555 support immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a link) if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach.

p5555 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security or from any unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence or wilful misconduct.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with the Operator's payment policies, which may vary based on the payment method selected, your verified account status and the applicable jurisdiction rules.

Pakistani players may recognise payment rail references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah in the context of local payment infrastructure. 6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. Specific eligibility criteria — including minimum deposit requirements, qualifying bet types and account verification status — are set by the Operator for each promotion.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. p5555 and the Operator reserve the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture and legal proceedings — against any User found to be engaged in the following:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Depositing or withdrawing funds for the primary purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Match Fixing and Integrity Violations: Any attempt to fix, manipulate or improperly influence the outcome of any sporting event — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, ICC tournaments, domestic cricket or international football — in order to gain a financial advantage from wagering is a criminal offence and will be referred to appropriate law enforcement and sports integrity bodies.
• Chargeback Abuse: Deliberately initiating chargebacks or payment disputes for funds that have been legitimately wagered and lost constitutes fraud.
• Impersonation: Registering under or using the identity, name or payment credentials of another person is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.
• System Manipulation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any connected gaming system to generate unintended credits, wins or other advantages.

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, data compilations and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of p5555, the Operator, or their respective licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell or otherwise exploit any Platform Content without prior written authorisation.

Any feedback, suggestions or other input you provide regarding the Platform may be used by p5555 freely and without obligation, attribution or compensation to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p5555, the Operator and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on illustrative figures, indicative odds, promotional examples or any other non-confirmed data presented on the Platform.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your breach of these Terms, including losses associated with account termination or bonus forfeiture following a policy violation.
• Any financial, legal or other consequences arising from your participation in gambling activities in a jurisdiction where such participation is restricted or prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

• The User has provided false, inaccurate or incomplete identity or age information.
• The User is accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• The User's account activity raises concerns related to money laundering, fraud, match-fixing or other criminal conduct.
• A regulatory obligation or court order requires the restriction or closure of the account.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] (plain text — not a link). Account closure requests are processed in accordance with Operator policy and applicable AML/KYC requirements. Any outstanding verified balance at the time of voluntary closure will be handled in accordance with the Operator's withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

p5555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. p5555 recommends checking this page at least monthly, particularly if you are an active Account holder.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed to operate. For Pakistani users specifically: Pakistani domestic law — including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may independently apply to your use of the Platform regardless of the governing law clause above.
